An Interview with few staffs

How we hire

Last year we received more than 100 applications from teachers around the district to work at MIBV.

We hired less than 2%

Selecting the very best teachers for our schools from so many high quality applicants is a tough task, and we take it as a huge compliment that so many educators would like to become part of the team.

It takes more than a teaching degree

Of course, all of our teachers are qualified and trained. And they must love teaching. But that is not enough for us. A great MIBV candidate can see more in a child than they see in themselves. And they understand that MIBV students will show them more than they will ever teach from the front of a classroom.

How we hire

We've made the process of applying for teaching jobs overseas simple. We look for passionate, expert and forward thinking people

  • If that sounds like you, share your experience with us by sending us your CV, meeting us at a recruitment event or coming in to see us directly at our school.
  • We'll have a conversation together about the roles we currently have available, and whether you would like to be considered for other opportunities.
  • You'll have an interview and receive feedback.
We will always keep your experience in mind for future roles (as long as you want us to!)
  • Recruitment support
Unlike teaching recruitment agencies, we're the people you will be working with every day. We get to know each other personally, right from the word go. That way we can answer any questions you might have about a career with MIBV, and you can benefit from having a direct window into our wonderful world of learning.
What qualifications are teachers required to possess ?

Typically, we recruit teachers who have a valid teaching certificate and at least two years of teaching experience. Beyond that, we are looking for teachers who are highly motivated, are interested in expanding their own learning as well as that of their students, and are willing to take on important responsibilities outside of the classroom.

When do new teachers begin and end work?

With new teachers arriving to the school are to be considered, to be in their probation period for a period of three months. Based on their performance during these days he management has the right to make the right choice!!The decision of the management will be final.
